INTRODUCTION

Many people who are away from home for many hours ,be it work or vacation, will avoid adopting animals, as their day to day routine is not accommodating to the animals needs.
Adopting animals is important for many reasons, most importantly is to alleviate loneliness.

THE PROBLEM

Today we are leading an active lifestyle outside our homes and cannot take care of our pets as we would like. This requires us to have someone else to take care of them.This thought can cause us a lot of stress. The main questions that we ask ourselves can be:

Where can I find a reliable pet sitter?

can they be trusted?

Is the pet sitter knowledgeable?

will they like my pet.

THE GOAL

This application provides an answer to all those who are looking for caregivers in a short amount of time. We need reliable people, with recommendations and knowledge in animal care. All those characteristics give owners peace of mind and information needed about the wellbeing of their pets while they are away.

THE VALUE

The purpose of the application is to find a caregiver for our pet quickly and effortlessly. In addition, the application increases the feeling of security regarding what is done in our home and how our pet is treated when we are not there.

People experience helplessness and stress when they have to look for a Pet carer, because they don't know if they will be able to find a pet carer on time

Often people will ask close people (family members, friends) to take care of their pets and they depend on their kindness and availability to take care of their pets

In case of lack of choice, people will look for recommendations about strangers from an unreliable source, and sometimes they cannot be trusted

After several tests, I was told that the screen looks a little outdated, the navigation bar below detracts from the general appearance and not convenient to operate. The icons are hard to understand and some of them are unnecessary.

The claims that came up are that the screen looks uninviting or tiring.

Also, the screen title does not explain the action that's need to be done.

FLOW 1

The client orders the pet sitter in a convenient way with several short steps. They will be able to book the pet sitters at a time that's convenient for the client. The client will be able to choose the pet sitters by reading reviews or based on previous acquaintances.

FLOW 2

When the pet sitter has already arrived at the client's home, the main screen will change and show all the relevant data in real time. It will show where the dog is, whether the litter box was clean for the cat and more.

Here we can see the previous treatments that the pet has undergone and the progress of the treatment. If there is more than one pet, you can switch between them easily.
